How fast is a new line live?
Most lines are live the same afternoon. Signup takes a few minutes: pick a plan, choose a local or toll-free number (or let us assign one), shape your agent from an industry template, and calls are answered as soon as checkout completes.
What does the free trial include?
7 days with 100 AI minutes included. A card is required. If you hit the minute cap, your line simply forwards to your fallback number until you upgrade — no surprise bills.
Do I have to give up my existing number?
No. You get a new number at signup and can forward your existing line to it from day one. Porting your existing number in is also supported — our team handles the carrier paperwork and the dashboard tracks its status.
What happens if the AI can't take a call?
Every line requires a fallback phone number at signup; if the AI can't answer for any reason, calls forward straight there. The Dispatch+ plan adds carrier-level failover on top, so forwarding works even if the whole AI stack is down.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans start at $149/mo, are month to month, and cancel anytime. Annual billing gets you 12 months for the price of 10, and your number is yours to port out whenever you like.
