Checking…

How this page works

A canary probes CallsAround lines around the clock — it holds a live conversation with each line's agent, asks for a human, and verifies the answer. If a line fails its checks, that number is automatically switched to plain carrier call forwarding at the phone network, below our servers and below the AI, so callers always reach a person. Forwarding switches back off once probes pass again. Every alert, failover, and restore appears here.

What we monitor

  • End-to-end conversation health — the canary converses with each agent and grades the response.
  • Inbound telephony path (SIP, carrier trunking) and outbound dispatch legs.
  • SMS notification delivery for on-call chain alerts.
  • Recording, transcript, and webhook delivery pipelines.
  • Dashboard, sign-in, and billing surfaces used by customers.

What "operational" means here

Operational means every monitored line is passing its live conversation check within the last few minutes. Partial degradation means one or more lines are being handled by carrier-level forwarding while we recover — callers still reach a human, they just skip the AI intake step. We don't hide behind color-coded dashboards: if anything is off, this page says so.

Reporting an issue

If your line seems unhealthy but this page says "operational," please email support@callsaround.com with your business number and the time of the call so we can replay it. Customers can also see per-line health and the full incident trail from the dashboard.
